Any advice would be appreciated. I started a new job right before lockdown began due to corona virus. I was only in the office for the first week and then I was working from home. Let me tell you..training from home is hard. Especially since my new position is challenging and a bit of a learning curve. My background is mainly customer service and my new position requires me to troubleshoot and provide support for very complex software. Coworkers have told me they felt lost for the first few months, but I’m really hard on myself. I have SO many questions all day but I don’t want to seem like I’m not catching on. I know it would be different if we were all in the office..but I can’t do anything about that.
